The Crystal Pier, on, under, and besides, is a platform that offers a gathering place for humanity. Offering an invitation to exalted experiences, as if by magic all presumptions of the expected and normal are shattered.

Doing a performance of themselves with a gracious tendency from anyone next to them to not be judgmental, but rather members of an audience, Crystal Pier is now their stage.

“Crystal Pier Song of Humanity” modes of being are infinite and offer invitations for meditations of self and others.

The ocean as a mother of learning is a teacher singing it’s “Fusion of Power and Poetry” duet. Changes every second it does, instantaneously and simultaneously gently caressing or frightening. A small child can have a first experience of being in the ocean where the wave winds itself down washing up on the beach.

With an elevated viewpoint we see waves and begin to understand that each wave is unique. The wave offers its essence for a fluid partnership with a human essence. From here we can see surfers on, in, and under waves. They learn by courageously giving themselves to a powerful moment, and each new moment is a new education challenging their courage, grace, and stamina. Poetry is created.
